A proxy is a written instrument, signed by the member, which duly appoints the member’s voting rights and attendance. The Bylaws state that to hold a meeting and conduct business of the Association, there must be a quorum present. A quorum is the number of homes represented either in person or by proxy. The quorum required to hold a meeting is ten percent (10%) of 371 owners, which is 38 homes. If the quorum for the annual meeting is not met, the Association will not be able to conduct any Association business, and will incur additional expenses to recall, reschedule and re- notice the annual meeting.

Please be advised that the City of Seagoville will be hosting National Night Out on October 1st from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bruce Central Park located at 1801 US-175 Frontage Rd in Seagoville, Texas. Please come join your local police department, fire department, city officials, and fellow citizens of Seagoville as we come together as a community against crime.
On Tuesday, October 1st, the citizens of Seagoville are being invited to join forces with thousands of communities nationwide for the “41st Annual National Night Out” (NNO) crime and drug prevention event. National Night Out, which is sponsored by the National Association of Town Watch (NATW) and co-sponsored locally by the Seagoville Police Department, will involve over 16,800 communities from all 50 states, U.S. territories and military bases around the world.
National Night Out is designed to : (1) Heighten crime and drug prevention awareness; (2) Generate support for , and participation in , local anticrime efforts; (3) Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships; and (4) Send a message to criminals letting them know neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.
National Night Out will be held on October 1st from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bruce Central Park located at 1801 US-175 Frontage Rd in Seagoville, Texas. Come join your local police department, fire department, city officials, and fellow citizens of Seagoville as we come together as a community against crime.
This year the Seagoville Police Department will be offering Child Identification Kits from the National Child ID Program to families in our community. There will be a drone presentation by the Seagoville Police Department, a helicopter takeoff from CareFlite, Seagoville Fire Department personnel and apparatus, bounce houses, games, and more.
