Fireworks in the Community

The HOA has received several complaints regarding the use of fireworks within the community as well as the leftover debris. Please be advised that any fireworks that were used within the community were not permitted nor approved by the Board of Directors.
The HOA will not be responsible for the cleanup of the debris. The homeowners who discharged the fireworks will be responsible for removing any leftover debris from the community and/or street.
If your home is a rental property, please make sure that you notify your tenant(s) of the community rules and expectations.
