Community Trash Reminder

Due to the increasing amount of improper trash disposal on the common areas within the community and the expense incurred by the Association for its removal. The Board wishes to inform all residents that rules regarding trash disposal will be strictly enforced.

Trash cans should be removed and hidden from view promptly after trash pickup. Many homes have their trash cans stored on the side of their house, however, ideally all trash cans should be hidden in the garage or completely out of sight. This is a courtesy to your neighbors and greatly improves the look of the community.

In addition, please don’t overload your garbage can. The lid should be closed the entire way. This will prevent garbage from being blown throughout the community.
