Spring Reminders

Greetings Seagoville Farms Homeowner(s):

Now that Spring is here, please remember that as we are all outside more often these days, it is up to us to do our part to keep our community clean, pleasant, and safe for our fellow neighbors.

A Few Points to Keep in Mind:

1.Pets should always be on a leash while in public areas and cleanup of pet waste should be immediate.
2. Please drive safely through the community. Children should also be reminded to watch for traffic.
3. Exteriors of homes and yards should be kept clean and free of debris and miscellaneous items.
4. Remember to submit an acc request form for any exterior modification made to the home as well as landscape projects.
5. Trash cans should be stored out of view on non-trash day. Due to transition to homeowner-controlled Board of Directors, trashcan may no longer be stored on the side of the home.
6. Regular lawn mowing, edging, and trimming.
7. Regular weed control in lawn and landscape beds and tree wells.
9. All basketball backboards and goals shall be allowed only at the back of a driveway or in a backyard of a Lot. In no event shall any children's play equipment or other sporting equipment (including basketball goals) be located or used on any street in the Subdivision.
